My Day at the Aquatics!!!!!!!

On the 22/11/08 we went out for fun free day at the aquatics centre. My mum dropped me off at it after dropped off my brothers to school, when mum pulled up at the Aquatics I went in and asked the lady where Rotorua intermediate was and she told me so I went in and found Gold House. We all where inside getting the roll done them we went outside, Tiria and I had our tog on under our clothes.
Tiria and I put sunscreen on before we went into the pools.
I played volley ball with Tiria, Sammy and Jazmine, Tiria was on my team, Sammy and Jazmine on the other team. I then Tiria and I, played with my ball.
At about 11:12 Tiria and I had something to eat.
Time went fast. We hopped back into the water, We Swim around, and saw Sammy And Jaz. At 12:00 we had team prize giving, Sammy andn Tiria and Jaz got something, but I don't.
I went home at 2:30 and had two teeth pulled out at 3:30 and the sleeping stuff put in at 3:00.

heath expo

Today after morning tea we had a reading test that we had done at the beginning of this year. You have 45 minutes to do the test.
Then we had heath expo that some of the nurses are doing at our school and it teaches us about how to life a healthy life, what foods are best for you, what smoking does to you, long term and short term, what drinking does, and lots of things to do with life.
I went in with Tiria, and Jazmine we got these sandwich’s and banana milkshakes at the food place, then we went into this tent, the first bit we went into was this place where you got to have this power that you have to rub in, and then you put your hand under this HV light and it showed all the gems on your hands, the 2nd part was where you find out, how, and why your feet and armpits smell. The smell of the room was not nice.
Today i got alot of free stuff.
Today was cool.
